How it works

What happens between the email arriving and the reply going out.

Relay needs one short setup, done with you on a call. After that it runs on its own, and every message takes exactly this path.

  1. Stage 01 · Arrival

An email lands. You never see it happen.

Relay is already watching in the background. Every new message is picked up within minutes, with nothing to forward, tag or trigger by hand.

  2. Stage 02 · Reading

It reads the email the way your best hire would.

It works out what is actually being asked, then pulls the exact policy or fact from the knowledge base built on the day you set it up. Nothing gets re-explained per email.

  3. Stage 03 · Drafting

A reply gets written in your voice.

Grounded in your real policies and written the way your team already talks to customers — no template to fill in, no blank page to start from.

  4. Stage 04 · Checking

A second, independent check runs before anything ships.

Nothing goes out on a hunch. If the check is not fully confident, it does not guess — it sets the draft aside for you.

  5. Stage 05 · Resolution

Sent on its own, or waiting in a short queue.

The routine mail you have switched on goes out without you. Anything that genuinely needs a person shows up once and waits until you get to it.

Set it once. Then leave it running.

This is not another tab to keep open. The busywork stops needing you, and the mail that deserves your attention still lands squarely in front of you.
